After undergoing 12 precise rolling stages to achieve an even noodle sheet, the noodles are dried at a constant temperature in a 60°C hot-air tunnel, ensuring that the moisture content of the noodle sheets is strictly kept below 8%. Once rehydrated, these noodles exhibit a delightfully chewy texture, a rich wheat aroma, and remain free from any soup mixing—a true testament to their superior quality. The mixed-noodle series focuses on "locking in freshness and flavor," featuring individually partitioned packaging. The sauce packets undergo a dual process of high-temperature sterilization and vacuum sealing, complemented by freeze-dried vegetable packets that preserve the ingredients' original flavors and nutrients as much as possible.
